- Eggs - Room temperature, separate whites and yolks6 unit(s)
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Wheat flour6 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence or other essence of your choice1 dessert spoon
- Beat the egg whites, add the yolks, one by one, beating after each addition.
- Add the essence, sugar and wheat flour, beating constantly, until you form a homogeneous and creamy mass.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan lined with buttered and floured parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
- When it's baked, wet a dish towel and wring it out well, then sprinkle flour and place the dough still warm on the dish towel.
- Roll up with the help of the cloth and leave for 3 minutes to get the shape.
- Unroll and place the stuffing of your choice, in this one I used Cream Brigadeiro, and roll the roulade with the help of the cloth. Decorate to your liking.
- For the topping I used a syrup of condensed milk and sprinkled coconut.
