- Pastry Dough500 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Tomato Sauce400 ml
- Open the pastry dough and pass the curd cheese all over the dough, if you prefer to divide the dough in two to make it easier;
- Place the grated Mozzarella and roll it up like a rocambole, as you roll it up, press it lightly so that the stuffing does not escape;
- Cut slices 2 fingers thick;
- In the bottom of a platter place a part of the tomato sauce, the rondelles and more tomato sauce and, to finish, more grated cheese;
- Close the platter with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 30 minutes, remove the foil and let it brown.
