- Mozzarella300 g
- Ham300 g
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Sauté onion, garlic, add the tomato sauce and oregano to taste, add the seasonings of your choice, finally add the cream. Reserve.
- Open the dough, put a layer of mozzarella, a layer of ham, roll it up and cut to the thickness of 1 finger.
- In a glass dish put some of the sauce and distribute the rondelli, throw the remaining tomato sauce on top.
- Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
