- Potatoes or asterix to taste
- Stuffing of your choice (I used bacon and mozzarella) to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the potatoes in large pieces with salt and leave al dente. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. Grate on the larger part of the grater and set aside.
- In a skillet, grease with olive oil and place half of the potato lining the bottom and side.
- Place the filling of your choice, place the rest of the potato over the filling and smooth the entire side of the potato with the help of a spatula.
- Take the low fire until you create a crust, turn the potato and give the other side too. Mine was about 20 minutes on each side.
