- Warm water450 ml
- Bread Yeast10 ml
- Cup of oil100 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour800 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Onion/Tomato/Lemon1 to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mix the water with the yeast in a bowl and then add: oil, sugar and salt. Gradually add wheat flour until 100% of the bowl comes off. The more you move, the better and cuter it will be! Let the dough rest!
- (Prepare the filling to taste) In this case, I prepared the ground beef filling in a container with: tomato, onion, lemon, ground beef, seasonings and olive oil. Once seasoned, drain the liquid that will be releasing! (It's important to drain so the snacks don't open.)
- Squeeze the dough to let the air out, separate the doughs to the size of your taste, after modeling, brush with beaten egg on top. Finish closing and heat for 30 to 40 minutes with the fire at 180°C.
