- R.E.C.H.E.I.O.S 📌 Suggestions: chicken, vegetables, ground beef, sausage, ham and mozzarella, bacon, pepperoni.. HOW TO MAKE THE DOUGH 📌 In a bowl add the eggs and salt and mix until a very homogeneous mixture; 📌 Add the oil and mix again; 📌 Add the starch, baking soda and mix well until you incorporate into the mix, after that add the wheat flour gradually until a very homogeneous mixture is formed; 📌 Add the milk and mix well (yes, after wheat: it works haha). Ready! 📌 Recipe adapted from the Isamara Amâncio Channel OBS: for the dough to have a nice color I put 01 tablespoon of paprika when mixing the eggs and oil. I don't like very dry dough, so to make it more creamy I add a few spoons of cream to the milk. Bake at 180° for approximately 30 minutes MOUNTING 📌 You can put a first layer of dough, second of stuffing and third of dough or 📌 Mix the fillings together with the dough
