- Sugar190 ml
- Water380 ml
- Oil190 ml
- Bread Yeast75 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese1 to taste
- Ham1 to taste
- Grated cheese1 to taste
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- Mix the yeast in the oil (reserve) then you put half of the flour in a bowl, the water, sugar and salt and the mixture of (oil and yeast), add the rest of the flour little by little until the dough doesn't stick anymore in hand.
- Let it rest for half an hour until it doubles in size. After that, just open (leave a part to cover) and fill to your liking, brush yolk and put oregano.
- Filling : Place in layers ;Requeijão, ham, cheese until the last layer is finished, place the grated cheese. Then place in medium oven. Wait 20 minutes to bake.
