- Oregano to taste
- Mix the yeast with the milk and warm water very well.
- Then add the other ingredients according to the order of the recipe.
- Finally add the flour little by little.
- Knead very well for about 10 - 15 minutes. Separate the dough into 10 more or less equal pieces. Cover with a damp dish towel to prevent the dough from drying out, and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- After doubling in volume, roll out the dough, and place 1 pre-fried hamburger, 1 tomato slice, 1 slice of cheese cut in half and 1 slice of ham also cut in half.
- Take the ends and close, covering the stuffing. She is already creating the rounded shape. Turn and place on greased and floured baking sheet.
- Cover again with a damp cloth so as not to dry out and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
- Brush over it, 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk and splash oregano over it.
- Take to preheated oven at 180°C for like 30 - 40 minutes. Keep watching, it turned golden and it's ready. Now just enjoy!
