- Mozzarella200 g
- Salami50 g
- Pickled champignons2 can(s)
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Heavy cream100 ml
- Oregano to taste
- Rose sauce
- Prepare a quick tomato sauce (recipe already published) and mix it with a can or carton of Heavy cream. Adjust the salt.
- Add the drained mushrooms.
- Reserve
- Pizza
- Make a pizza disc (recipe already published).
- Place the disc in a pizza pan and cover with mozzarella.
- Arrange the salami on top of the cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
- Spread the mushroom sauce over the pizza.
- Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes.
