- In the blender add the eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese and oregano and salt and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Add the wheat flour without stopping beating, for 4 minutes and finally, without beating, add the yeast and mix quickly.
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic, onion and tomato. Then add the corn and peas. Add the sardines and mix well. Season with salt and parsley and let it boil for 3 minutes. Use warm stuffing.
- Mounting: In a rectangular shape greased with oil and flour, place 1 layer of dough, another of stuffing and finish with dough, sprinkle the grated cheese and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes. Ready to delight!!
