- Coriander2 coffee spoon
- Onion1 to taste
- Tomato1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Add 3 cups of flour in a bowl, put half a cup of water, half a cup of oil, salt and yeast to taste, let it rest while you make the stuffing!
- In another pan, add the can of sardines, onion, tomato extract, olives, coriander, green corn, salt to taste, sprinkle with oregano, optionally put tomato and onion slices on top, let it boil for a few minutes and then serve!
