- Gather everything in a basin, except for the water that you should add little by little until you get the point of kneading.
- The sequence is to knead a lot, then put it to grow well covered, in a stuffy place until it doubles in size. About an hour.
- After the growth, the dough returns to the counter, floured open with a rolling pin, cut out and start to shape the rolls.
- Note: I dry the sausages and cut them into three cubes. The dough I make strips and I go modeling, I finish with beaten egg yolk and a little saffron to brush. Grease the mold and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
