- Place the milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Wait about 10 minutes until foam forms on top.
- Then add the margarine, salt and egg. Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring constantly. Knead the dough well.
- Put it to rest with a cloth on top until it doubles in volume.
- Flour the countertop, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin or a bottle. Cut the strips and roll in the sausage.
- Brush with an egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
