- In a bowl add the egg, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and milk.
- Now, add the wheat flour little by little and mix well.
- When the dough is a little more consistent, transfer it to an oven and start kneading until you have a light, soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
- If you feel the dough sticking to your hands, add more flour, and if it is too hard and not too soft, add a little milk and continue kneading.
- Take the dough to rise for 1:30h with a dish towel with top and a warm place, it can be in the sun or inside the oven off.
- Meanwhile, cut the sausages in half, and bring to a boil, as soon as the water starts to boil, turn off the heat and remove from the water and set aside.
- After the dough has risen, open the dough with a rolling pin, and cut strips of dough and shape the rolls one by one. Take it to rest for another 1h, brush egg yolk and sprinkle oregano, take it to bake, in fire 180° for Approx 30 minutes.
