- Noodles for Raw Yakisoba200 g
- Shimeji300 g
- Shoyu150 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Chives1 to taste
- In the pan put the onion in strips (Julienne). Let it brown and add the garlic. Now the shimeji.
- Let his own water start to dry and add the shoyu. If necessary, adjust with salt. Add some chives. Disconnect
- Put the pasta in hot water and let it double in volume. Take a test of eating one and see if there is a white dot in the middle.
- In another pan put the noodles in an eye thread, add shoyu for color. Mix, put the mushroom and stir carefully. Help yourself!!
