- Separate the wheat flour by removing a tablespoon and set aside
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the butter with the sugar, the yolk and then knead with your hand when you put the wheat flour until it forms a uniform and soft dough until it releases from the hand.
- Grease a large baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Cut into toothpicks and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once baked, sprinkle with sugar and it's ready to serve.
