- Vegetable broth1 l

- Arborio rice2 cup
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- I make the vegetable broth with ready-made tablets. But it can be made with the vegetables themselves, it's healthier.
- Dissolve the two vegetable broths in the liter of water and set aside; fry the shrimp in oil and butter, set aside and in the same pan add garlic and onion.
- Saute onion, garlic and leek in butter. When translucent, add the arborio rice and sauté. Add the white wine and sauté a little longer. Then pour in the shrimp and the reserved broth, place it gradually, lower the heat and stir a few times, so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When it is almost dry again, add the rest of the broth and stir a little more until it comes to a boil.
