- Package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles1 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese500 g
- Shrimp fillet700 g
- Liquid milk1 l
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Season the shrimp fillet to taste (we used lemon pepper, garlic and salt).
- In a pan, add the butter and the shrimp, waiting to sauté until pink. Reserve the prawns and the broth that comes out of it.
- For the white sauce, sauté the onion in butter, add the wheat flour forming a paste and gradually pour in the milk, until the flour completely dissolves.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
- Assemble the lasagna alternating layers of sauce, pasta, cheese and shrimp.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
