- Talharim Macaroni500 g
- cherry tomato200 g
- Shrimp without skin1 kg
- Garlic2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped coriander1 cup
- Nutmeg to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese200 g
- Sour cream3 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cream cheese5 tablespoon
- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a pan put a liter and a half of water, wait for it to boil and put the pasta for approximately 15 minutes to cook, or until it is al dente. Reserve.
- In another pan add a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and onion and cherry tomatoes, sauté until golden. Add the cream, gorgonzola cheese, cream cheese and tomato sauce. Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice and the cleaned shrimp, the black pepper (to taste), adjust the salt. Let it take a cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink to the point.
- Season the pasta separately, just with olive oil, garlic and salt. Reserve. Assemble your plate when the sauce is ready, now it's time to serve
