- Cleaned Shrimp Fillet200 g
- Cooked penne pasta250 g
- Palm oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Freshly grated onion2 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves to taste
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Green Smell to taste
- Box of sour cream200 ml
- Lemon to taste
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- With the cleaned shrimp season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reserve.
- For the white sauce: In a pan, sauté 1 tablespoon of grated onion in the thick grater with the butter, when it is becoming transparent, add the wheat flour and stir well over low heat, gradually add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps until the flour cooks well. and turn into a cream. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, place 1 tablespoon of onion, garlic to taste, pepper and sauté the shrimp with palm oil (to taste), add the white sauce and let the shrimp cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the cooked penne pasta, hit the salt and pepper and when serving, put green smell on top. Serve immediately.
