- Recipe
- 1 roll of pastry dough500 g
- Sliced ham500 g
- Sliced Mozzarella500 g
- 1 cup cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Box or can of sour cream1 can(s)
- Water1 cup
- Open the pastry dough and divide into 3 parts (about 40 cm each).
- Spread the cream cheese on top.
- Distribute the slices of ham and mozzarella all over the dough.
- Roll up like a rocambole and cut the rondellis about 3 cm thick.
- Distribute the rondellis in a refractory.
- Mix the tomato sauce, water and sour cream and drizzle over the rondellis.
- Bake in medium/high oven for 40 minutes or until the dough is cooked.
- You can add herbs on top if you like... @luana_21
