- Salt to taste

- In a bowl, pour the cornmeal, flake the salt and stir to mix well.
- Take the cup of water and add it gradually and stirring until the dough is wet, let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the couscous pan, place the dough inside and cook for 10 minutes and serve with the meat you prefer.
