- In a container put the yeast, sugar and warm water and mix well done that put the oil and eggs mix well again.
- I then add the salt and wheat flour little by little and mix well when you can't move it in the bowl put it on the table and start to knead
- Now put the butter in the middle of the dough and start kneading again. Add a little more flour and knead until it is very firm and soft and does not stick to your fingers anymore.
- Then put the dough to rest for 1 hour in a covered container, passing the rest time put some wheat flour on the table and divide the dough.
- Open the dough with the rolling pin and then roll it up like a roll, put it in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and let it rest for 40 minutes or until it doubles in size (cover with a cloth)
- Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees (no need to preheat the oven) let it bake for 40 minutes.
