- Organic Dry Yeast (half a sachet)5 g
- warm milk200 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- regular or demerara sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, the wheat flour, sugar and salt and set aside.
- On the other hand, lightly beat the egg with the help of a wire whisk or fork.
- Add the oil and continue to beat to mix these two ingredients well.
- Place the yeast and milk in the egg and oil mixture and continue stirring.
- And finally, mix the reserved dry ingredients into this mixture for the homemade pap.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes to allow it to rise.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Note: This bread dough is not consistent enough to knead, so you don't need to add more wheat flour to the point.
