Em uma vasilha misture a farinha de trigo o leite e um pouco de sal mexa bem até a massa fica uniforme e meia líquida

Em uma frigideira até aderente ponha num fogo  baixo até esquentar adicione a mistura espalhe bem deixe por 1 minuto vire e deixe por 1 minuto faça quantas quiser
