- Penne pasta300 g
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Sour cream150 g
- Tomato Extract125 g
- Salt to taste
- Green Scent or Chives to taste
- Cheese50 g
- Ham50 g
- Chia to taste
- Coconut oil25 ml
- Chopped tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Initially cook the pasta as usual and set aside.
- For the sauce: brown the garlic and onion in coconut oil, add cheese, ham, sour cream, when it boils add the tomato paste and salt.
- Then add the pasta, tomato, chives and finally the chia. Serve with some light protein, such as solid tuna.
