- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- warm milk200 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter50 g
- Wheat flour600 g
- Guava300 g
- Start by putting the yeast, sugar, warm milk, salt, eggs and butter in a bowl, mix everything very well and gradually add the flour until it forms a very homogeneous mass. Transfer to bench and knead for approximately 10 minutes. Cover with a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in volume, this process can last from 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the weather of the day and the region. Divide the dough into two parts, open the half in a strip of approximately 20 cm wide by 50 cm long with the guava paste already cut, make rows side by side filling your dough first fold one side after the other thus forming a roll, now it's just cut it to the size of approximately four fingers, brush with beaten egg and place it on the oiled baking sheet. Then take it to the oven off and wait until it doubles in volume. Once the dough has risen enough, bake it in an oven at 180° for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown. Now just pass a fresh coffee and enjoy this delight đ€€
