- Wheat flour2 cup

- Soy protein2 cup
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat milk, oil, egg and salt. Gradually add the wheat flour
- In a skillet over low heat, add a little olive oil or oil. With a quilt, add the dough to the skillet, after a while turn the dough. Be careful as the dough will fry quickly.
- For the soy protein you put in a pan with boiling water the two cups of the protein leave for 10 to 15 minutes. After boiling you will put all the protein in a sieve and knead the protein well until all the water comes out.
- In a pan put onion, garlic and protein to sauté then add the seasonings you like. Then add tomato sauce.
- Take the pancake batter and fill it with soy protein.
