- Spaghetti250 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Whole milk250 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese100 g
- Green Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the Spaghetti according to package instructions.
- For the sauce: Fry the onion in butter, add a little salt to speed up the process. It should be pretty golden.
- Add the flour dissolved in the milk. Until it's creamy. It takes around 3 minutes.
- Add the cream and then the cheeses.
- Correct the salt carefully and if necessary.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and finish with the green seasoning.
