Spaghetti250 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Canned cream1 unit(s)
Whole milk250 ml
Butter2 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese100 g
Gorgonzola Cheese100 g
Green Spice to taste
Salt to taste

Cook the Spaghetti according to package instructions.
For the sauce: Fry the onion in butter, add a little salt to speed up the process. It should be pretty golden.
Add the flour dissolved in the milk. Until it's creamy. It takes around 3 minutes.
Add the cream and then the cheeses.
Correct the salt carefully and if necessary.
Add the cooked spaghetti and finish with the green seasoning.
