- Spaghetti Noodles500 g
- Fresh cream480 ml
- Black pepper to taste
- Fry the bacon in a very hot skillet. Drain and reserve.
- Put 1 liter of water to boil with salt, after hot add the pasta, cook until al dente. Drain and reserve.
- In the refractory where the pasta will be served, beat the eggs well with a fouet. Season with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Add the hot noodles to this mixture, and stir well. The value of pasta goes cooking of eggs.
- Add the bacon while it is still hot and serve.
