- Hard noodles500 g
- Diced Bacon400 g
- Egg Yolk5 unit(s)
- Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese50 g
- Chimichurri to taste
- Black pepper or pepperoni to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Cook the pasta in water with salt and oil.
- Fry the bacon in cubes, add the grated onion and garlic, and the seasonings… and set aside.
- Sift the gems
- Reserve a cup of the cooked pasta water, add the cheese, the sieved yolks and mix.
- Put the egg yolks Parmesan sauce on the pasta, mix, and add the bacon. (Note: the salt of the macaroni water and the cheese are enough)
- Put green smell (optional)
