- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs5 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Gluten-free spaghetti cooked al dente300 g
- Tomato without skin1 unit(s)
- In a container, add the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped tomato, egg, parsley, salt and breadcrumbs. Mix well
- Mix well until you form a homogeneous mass. It will yield about 20 small meatballs.
- In a pan, add the tomato sauce and water. Take it to the fire and let it boil. Then add the meatballs carefully, so as not to break them, and cook for 15 minutes over low heat (160ºC. Do not stir.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti. You can put a grated cheese on top if you prefer 😋
