- Beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry with a drizzle of olive oil. After frying, add the crushed garlic and let it fry too.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water and 1 dessert spoon of salt. Leave the time indicated on the package.
- Drain the pasta and in a container mix the pasta, beaten eggs and bacon, mix well because the egg will cook in the heat of the pasta.
- Serve while still hot.
