  • Spaghetti500 g
  • Bacon1 kg
  • Eggs8 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • grated cheese200 g
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Cook the pasta al dente, according to the time indicated on the package.
  2. Fry the bacon in its own fat until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, beat the whole eggs, mix the cream, grated cheese, pepper (to taste) and salt.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, drain all the water, and still in the cooking pot, add the fried bacon. Mix well.
  5. Add the egg and cream mixture to the bacon dough and mix again until smooth.
  6. Cook over low heat until the eggs are lightly cooked.
  7. Pour into a refractory and cover with grated cheese. Serve it hot.
