- Spaghetti500 g
- Bacon1 kg
- Eggs8 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- grated cheese200 g
- Parsley to taste
- Cook the pasta al dente, according to the time indicated on the package.
- Fry the bacon in its own fat until crispy.
- In a bowl, beat the whole eggs, mix the cream, grated cheese, pepper (to taste) and salt.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain all the water, and still in the cooking pot, add the fried bacon. Mix well.
- Add the egg and cream mixture to the bacon dough and mix again until smooth.
- Cook over low heat until the eggs are lightly cooked.
- Pour into a refractory and cover with grated cheese. Serve it hot.
