- Macaroni150 g
- Garlic10 unit(s)
- Fried garlic1 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cook the macaroni until al dente.
- Meanwhile, slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the sliced garlic.
- When the garlic is golden add the pasta already cooked and drained. Mix it all up.
- Finally, add the fried garlic, salt and pepper.
