- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Small onion (brunoise)1 unit(s)
- cherry tomato to taste
- Black olives to taste
- Parma ham or Spanish serrano to taste
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mince garlic and onion in brunoise; Leave the pasta water to boil; Put tomato and olives in the oven at 180°; Sauté the onion and garlic, put the tomato passata, basil, salt and let it cook together; Put salt in the pasta water and cook the pasta; After the pasta is almost done, drain the water and put it in the sauce pan to finish cooking; Heat the chosen parma or ham (in the oven); Assemble the dish with the fresh basil.
