- Cooked spaghetti noodles160 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Garlic (cloves)5 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Color1 coffee spoon
- Fry the garlic and then brown the onion and turn off the heat and fry the coloral
- Add the sauce and stir until it boils, let it dry a little and add a cup and a half of water.
- Add the coarsely chopped tomato, the washed basil and the grated Parmesan cheese and reserve some of the cheese
- Finish with a little olive oil (if you want) and then sprinkle with the cheese you reserved and now just serve.
