- Sweet paprika to taste

- White pepper to taste

- Chicken breast1500 kg
- Coffee beans30 g

- Leek1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Chives1 unit(s)
- Wheat50 g
- Milk200 ml
- Cook the pasta to al dente and reserve
- Season the chicken with melted butter, orange juice, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, salt and white pepper. Note: Reserve the chive tips for decoration. Do not use black or dark pepper, it is very important. Cook and shred all this Chicken and reserve.
- Caffelatte Sauce: Clarify the butter together with the coffee beans, until the beans start releasing small grains of ground coffee, then add the onion, cut into small pieces and fry until transparent, add the leek, white pepper, correct the salt, add the wheat and add the milk until we have a sauce that is not very thick, it cannot be thick, like white sauce, it is a point less. Note: Reserve the garlic poró for finishing. And remove, one by one, the coffee beans.
- Mounting: Dip the pasta in the Caffèlatte sauce and use the chicken with the reserved chives and the reserved leek for finishing. Now just borrow according to your creativity! Enjoy your food!
