- Recipe
- flank steak500 g
- Tomato Passata1/2 cup
- Onion1 tablespoon
- Celery1 tablespoon
- Carrot1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Spaghetti to taste
- Cook the spaghetti pasta as suggested on the package.
- Under pressure, add the finely chopped onion, celery, carrot and flank steak, sauté everything well, add the Passata and finely chopped tomato
- Add 2 fingers of water, season everything with salt and black pepper and cook under pressure for 40 minutes until the meat falls apart.
- Turn off, let the broth reduce and serve with the pasta.
