- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri1 teaspoon
- Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Spaghetti250 g
- I started by chopping the tomatoes with seeds, in a pan I sautéed the garlic and onion with olive oil, added the tomatoes and seasonings, added 200ml of water, covered the pan and cooked for 20 minutes over low heat.
- The sugar serves to balance the acidity, I like the sauce more chunky so I left it in the fire for a short time, if you don't like it, just leave it longer until it becomes more refined.
- I cooked the spaghetti for 8 minutes. You can mix all the sauce in the pasta or you can plate it just like I did.
