Spaghetti with Jamon Sauce

  • Spaghetti Noodles130 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1.5 tablespoon
  • liquid milk1/2 cup
  • Sour Cream100 g
  • Shredded Ham100 g
  • Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, dilute the butter.
  2. Add the wheat flour, stirring to form a cream.
  3. Add the milk and continue stirring to dilute all the cream.
  4. Season with salt, nutmeg and parsley.
  5. Turn off the fire. Add the cream and cilantro. Reserve.
  6. In a skillet, sauté the grated ham in olive oil.
  7. Transfer the ham to the sauce and mix.
  8. Add the cheese and mix so that it melts and incorporates into the sauce.
  9. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 7 minutes.
  10. Drain the macaroni. Portion on plates and cover with sauce.
