- Spaghetti400 g
- Thin smoked sausage400 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Pasta cooking water1 cup
- Cook the pasta in plenty of water, with 2 tablespoons of salt, for the time indicated on the package.
- While the pasta cooks, cut the sausage into cubes, and sauté in a large skillet until they are almost toasted, turn off the heat and set aside. Mix the eggs until they are evenly mixed.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the cooking water. Put the dough in the skillet where the sausages are, add the mixed eggs and mix. Add the cooking water and mix.
- Finally, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Serve while still hot.
