- Spaghetti350 g
- Polpettinis: In a skillet, place the oil. Add the onion, thyme, fennel, pepperoni and garlic. Mix and brown all ingredients.
- Add the bread crumbs soaked in milk and mix again. Then hang up.
- In the planetary mixer, with a medium dough whisk, add the ground beef, parsley, black pepper, salt, Parmesan, egg and 2 tablespoons of bread or breadcrumbs. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated and a compact dough forms. Then hang up.
- On a tray, place the bread flour.
- Take the dough formed with the meat and make balls and pass it in the bread flour.
- In a skillet, put oil. Place the polpettinis and let it fry just to form a crispy crust. Always stirring to brown as much as possible.
- Add the tomato sauce. And let it cook for about 6 minutes.
- Serve with spaghetti.
- Spaghetti: In a pan, boil water with salt.
- Once it is hot and bubbling, add the spaghetti without breaking it in half. The ideal is to keep the size of the spaghetti. Let it boil for approximately 6-7 minutes.
