- spaghetti noodles1 kg
- water2 l
- oil3 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- Pasta Seasoning: Tomato Pasta2 unit(s)
- crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- oil3 tablespoon
- beef bouillon cube2 unit(s)
- Sauce: ground beef2 kg
- crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- oil3 tablespoon
- mixed seasoning to taste
- Worcestershire sauce1 dessert spoon
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
- tomato paste2 unit(s)
- corn1 l

- beef broth1 unit(s)
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
- Heat a pan with water, oil and salt. Bring to a boil and pour in the noodles. Cook for 8 minutes, drain and set aside
- Pasta sauce: In a pan heat the oil and garlic, let it brown. Add the tomato paste, the meat broth and let it sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in the pasta, stir well and turn off the heat.
- Meat sauce: In a pan, heat the garlic and oil, let it brown. Add the ground beef, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Put the mixed seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and sauté for 10 minutes
- Add the tomato, pepper and onion, sauté for 5 minutes. Put the tomato paste, the beef broth, the cilantro, let it cook for 10 minutes, finally put the corn. Mix and turn off. Serve the pasta with the meat and cheese on top.
