- Spaghetti or Bavetti pasta500 g
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Sachet tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Put the pasta to cook in boiling water. While the pasta is cooking, grate the pepperoni on a grater coarsely. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil or oil until golden. Add the grated cabbage and let it fry lightly then add the 2 sachets of tomato sauce, salt, green smell and oregano, let the sauce settle. When the pasta is cooked and is al dente, turn off the heat and let it drain well. Pour the sauce over the pasta, add the grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
