- Medium gray shrimp300 g
- Squid Rings250 g
- Half shell mussel250 g
- Bacon200 g
- Parsley3 tablespoon
- Pepperoni Pepper1 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Canned peeled tomato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1- Season the shrimp, squid and mussels separately with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and black pepper to taste. 2- Heat a large skillet with half the oil and brown the mussels for 3 minutes, and remove. Followed by the squid for 3 minutes, set aside. And do the same with the shrimp.
- 3- Put the pasta to cook in a large pan with at least 3 liters of boiling water (1 Liter for every 100g of pasta), with ½ tablespoon of salt. Cook for the time recommended on the package.
- 4- In the same pan, put the rest of the oil, brown the bacon chopped into small cubes, add the onion, garlic and pepper. 5- Add the peeled tomato, and season with the juice of half a lemon and salt to taste.
- 6- Add the seafood and 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley, followed by the cooked pasta. 7- Let it settle for 1 minute and serve next.
