- Spaghetti300 g
- Shrimp, without shell and head (but reserve them to make a broth)400 g
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Sour cream (Box)200 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- medium lemon1 unit(s)
- Chives for garnish1 to taste
- In boiling water, add salt, cook the pasta as directed on the package. In another pan, cook the shells and heads of the shrimp with a little water and salt and set aside. In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. In a skillet or pan of your choice, fry the shrimp in a little olive oil or oil. Fry each side for 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside. In the same pan, add a little oil, the butter, and fry the onion until golden. Add the garlic and fry a little more, on low heat so as not to burn the garlic. Add a ladleful of broth from the cooking of the shrimp shells and heads and bring to a boil. Add the milk cream box, always stirring so it doesn't curdle. Add the grated Parmesan and cook until it thickens. Hit the salt! Now you can put the pasta and shrimp, let it cook for another 1 minute. Garnish with chopped chives and serve!
