- Medium Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese2 unit(s)
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spicy Paprika to taste
- Small Onion1 unit(s)
- Cook the pasta in a pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt - note: it is not necessary to add oil
- Cut the pepperoni and onion into cubes
- In a large pan, fry the pepperoni, and set aside.
- Take advantage of the same pan, and put the butter and the onion, until golden, add the wheat flour and stir well, until you form a mallet
- Add the milk little by little, stirring well. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the seasonings and mozzarella cheese.
- After the pasta cooks, mix well with the white sauce, and finish with the pepperoni
